Agroforestry
Our key Program is integrating trees into agricultural landscapes, enhancing food security, and environmental resilience for small-holder farmers. This program integrates a Forest Farmland Agroforestry System that protects the farmland and generate enough vegetable in the permagarden beds. Our farmer engagements and trainings are based on the Forest Farmland Agroforestry System (FFAS).
Reforestation
We partner with local communities to plant indigenous trees and restore degraded lands, creating sustainable and resilient ecosystems.
This program ensures that land that was once a thriving ecosystem, is rehabilitated back through replanting of trees.
Sustainable Land Management
We promote practices that prevent soil erosion, land degradation, maintaining soil fertility, and improve water retention that ensures long-term sustainability.
This program empowers farmers so that they can use their land sustainable and conserve the available resources for future generations.
Regreening Initiative
We successfully drive an initiative dubbed as regreening in centers of education like schools. This is coupled by a series of educational outreach programs centering on climate change adaptation and mitigation.
The initiative empowers the young generation to adopt a strict responsible living, offering counselling on human health(mental health), employment opportunities, and maximizing on the use of individual talents.
